Reforestation / Remediation

• Truman Reforestation - (Mill Creek Rd and Green Lane) Project started in 2024 20 acres in Levittown, PA. This once dilapidated Bucks County Land is now in the process of being restored with a new Nature Trail and preserved native habitat restoration project tasked with removing invasive porcelain berry vine and then planting native wetland trees, to lessen storm water, add wildlife habitat, with biodiversity, for beautification, and also provides schools access to Mill creek and the forest remediation site for local schools and has also provided the opportunity for 2 school years of students to plant the trees in their forest.  

• Neshaminy State Park - (River Trail) 2.5 acres in Bensalem, PA. This is an invasive Mile a Minute removal and native reforestation in a priority flood zone project complete  (2000-2022) with ongoing monthly tending opportunities.

• Neshaminy State Park - (Locust Lane) started in 2.5 acres in Bensalem, PA that is 90 percent Phragmites and is being remediated into native forest land.

• Black Ditch / Mill Creek - (Bristol Oxford Valley Rd) started in 2023, knotweed removal  into native wetland forest as a floodplain and riparian buffer with 3 acre trail loop with (service road access) and parking Levittown, PA

• Mill Creek - (Green Lane) started in 2024, 10 acres in Levittown, PA this ghost forest 's hydrology changed due to a beaver dam in 2017 killing old growth trees in the new wetland, it left standing dead wood. Now we add native wetland species trees and also shrubs for erosion control.
