Excel Events is a 501c3 nonprofit that provides positive things to do in Bucks County, PA but not limited to this area. Donations are tax deductible and go to good use, our overhead is personally funded as we pursue grants to fund tree planting and native habitat preservation, remediation through restoration using volunteer labor while educating the public about environmental stewardship.

Excel Events is a Platinum transparency verfied nonprofit with candid, you can check out our finacials with full transparency showing that we are very nonprofitable but have a huge positive impact in our communities.

This is our simple way to donation to Excelevents where you can see our current need and your donation accumulate to our total goal of funding our nonprofit insurance. Our overhead comes out of my pocket.

Insurance - insuring our events
Insurance - they make me pay more for insurance to cut the lawn for free as a nonprofit, making me have commercial vehicle insurance as a business even though we are nonprofit we are charged more because we are still a business
Equipment for volunteers (gloves, tools, servicing equipment, gas, weed whacker line, clippers, loopers)
Project materials (deer protection upkeep, annual tree plantings, annual wildflower and meadow grass seeding, water trees, soil tests, continuing education to further educational content for volunteers, equipment for partner organizations equipment as they access our projects as outdoor classrooms)
Annual tax service - 990PF (which the IRS makes nonprofits purchase a tax service, we are not allowed to fill it out ourselves making nonprofits pay a 3rd party for tax service for a 990PF as well as a fee for the IRS to review that specific tax form on top of paying for the tax preparation service fee.)
